Bridal dresses, fabrics, textiles, laces, brocade borders, bangles and silver jewelry are all famously available in Chandni Chowk. There are shop owners & their families who have been living in Chandni Chowk for generations. 

Connaught Place is a circular market designed by British architects. Janpath, in the vicinity of Connaught Place, has great street shopping. The CCI (Central Cottage industries) has handicrafts from all over India. Baba Kharak Singh Marg has a row of Government emporia stocking products from various Indian States.

Khan Market, near the Lodhi Gardens is a stylish shopping market. There are book shops and coffee shops and there is luxury shopping. The South Extension Market is another popular market in South Delhi for bridal wear & jewelry. The NCR (National Capital Region) which includes Gurgaon & Noida, besides Delhi, has a number of big shopping malls.

The Ambience Mall in Gurgaon and the Select City Mall in Delhi are two of the most popular shopping malls. The Promenade Mall and the Great India Place Mall are other popular shopping malls in Delhi & Noida respectively.
